2. Where does The Training Masters hold classes? The Training Masters teaches classes nationwide. The HPLC and IR Spectral Interpretation classes are traditionally held in convenient hotel conference rooms, while the in-house classes are held on the company-client's business premises. |

3. How are the classes priced and are there any available discounts? HPLC and IR SPECTRAL INTERPRETATION classes are priced the same
way. The regular price for both classes is The Training Masters offers two alternative discounts off the regular price: · "Early Registration" Discount: $100 discount (i.e., $ 795.00 per student). This discount requires registration by the "early registration" date specified for each class. · "Group" Discount: this discount may be available for a group of students attending from the same company. 6. When do I have to register? Because classroom facilities are of limited size, students are encouraged to register at their earliest convenience. Students may obtain a $100 discount by registering by the "early registration" dates. Otherwise, students may contact The Training Masters up to the day before the class date to register. |

7. When should I expect confirmation of my registration? Students will receive confirmation of registration along with a receipt for credit card payment within one week. If you have not received confirmation of your registration, please contact The Training Masters. |

8. What is the general format of the class? All of the classes are primarily in lecture format.Class participation is highly interactive. |

9. What is the general schedule of the HPLC class? The HPLC class is held over two (2) days. Each day starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m., with lunch being provided from 12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Dr. Wong is always available for further questions and comments after class.

10. What materials will we receive during the class? Every student will receive a substantive coursebook compiled exclusively by Dr. Wong for The Training Masters. For convenience and to maximize instruction, the coursebook includes copies of all the PowerPoint slides used by Dr. Wong for instruction, as well as leaving sufficient room for comments and notes. |

The HPLC forum is an attempt by The Training Masters to create a virtual community of scientists; to provide an arena for the exchange of ideas, questions, answers and comments. In essence, the forum is intended to be a valuable resource to all students, and another avenue for members of the scientific community to communicate. Dr. Wong will visit the forum and post regularly. The forum remains available to registered students indefinitely. Only registered students (including students who have registered for classes in the past) may access the HPLC forum. Dr. Wong will give students log-ins and passwords on the first day of class.
